Custom Knife From Antique Sword-Brass Guard Bone Handle-Excellent Restoration

This is a vintage/antique sword blade restored to a custom large knife. I had a local knife maker create a " one of a kind" custom knife. The blade is now restored and ready for a collector to display. I do not know the history of the blade since there are no markings on the sword. The blade is vintage: estimate: Pre 1900 - 1840.

Dents and discoloration on the blade. These are expected on a blade well over 100 years old.

The brass guard and bone handle are new and unused. However, the top attachment piece is missing.

Only the metal base and leather body remains. A shoe maker could possibly create a belt attachment.
