It looks to be made around the Spanish American War or Turn of the Century. The brass handle is decorated with a breast shield.

Overall in good condition with the original blade showing some age. There is some rust deterioration towards the tip of the blade. I believe those blades were replaced and the swords were used in theaters and plays years ago. This sword blade has its original form. Thanks for visiting this offering.
