Yataghan French Sword Bayonet Handle on Exotic Wood Base for Display

As pictured this piece can be displayed 2 different ways. The quillon is marked, but it is difficult to decipher. The handle measures about 4 1/2 inches in length and the wood base measures about 1 1/2 inches square.
